Hi iv just turned my TV on and its come up with  not programmed?, tried retuning but doest work help!

Hi @Kathy8   This sounds like your TV, not Sky Q. You need to use your TV remote, not the Sky Q remote.

Thta is a message from your TV's Freeview (or possibly Freesat) Tuner.

To watch SKY select the HDMI input that SKy is on  (using the Source button on the SKY Q remote - Top Right on latest ones - or use the TV's own remote)
