Hi All, I've been having issues with my second box in the bedroom saying technical fault, It's ok once I turn it off and back on usually but now it won't connect at all, and I am now experiencing issues with the main box, it hasn't recorded any of my programmes, when I try and watch them it says recording failed technical fault, Can anyone advise please? I've tried turning the box off and then back on

You could have a hard drive failure.

Thank you for your reply! It turned out it was the storage that was full and just needed deleting

Hi everyone
I cannot get any channel on my SKYGLASS says "please wait while your program loads" Then says there is a technical fault.
Then goes
back to all the screen programs to watch. But cannot load.
internet is connected ✔️
