Not had SKY Q for 2 days now

Still having  problems with SKY Q since the latest crash. Getting error message - there is a technical fault with this channel . Please try again later - cannot get through to a live advisor, so they suggested posting here;which I find ridiculous !

I am getting the same message on all channels, I cannot view anything..and I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions

You may need to persevere on the line. 

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
