Not able to pause or record

Hi there. I am not able to pause my sky tv, record or access any previous recordings. The message also says the service is not available because of a problem with your hard disk when I try to pause. These problems have occurred since I installed a new sky remote (I lost an old one and had a replacement). Thank you

Unrelated to the remote.  Sounds like your hard disk is failing.

You may need a replacement box.
