Not able to downlaod

Hello. 

 

I'm having issues downloading programmes on my sky box. It tells me I need to upgrade my package. But I already have the HD package. An my settings are all correct. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
