@Yazzo  You'll need to provide a bit more info for the forum to help, in what way is it fuzzy?   Have you checked the connection in the back of the TV are in correctly?

 

Does this happen on just Sky Q HDMI unput?  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Turn everything (TV and Sky Q box) off at the wall for 30 seconds then back on again. See if that cures the fuzz.
