Hi
I have moved to a non sky router with sky broadband. I'm now unable to get a decent signal because my sky SR203 used to act as a connection point between the main sky Q box and the sky mini?
I have a sky broadband booster (white vertical box).
Is there a way of using this to give me back a solid connection between the Sky Q main box and the mini?
many thanks

Hi @GMSKY007
Not sure if your booster can be used with Q.

You could try in by positioning it between your main Q box and the mini. You need to carry out WPS between the Q box and the booster.
Then carry out a Network reset on the mini.
Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main the Booster
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the booster (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).

Hi @oldfella thanks I couldn't find a WPS option in the broadband booster. I've temporarily fixed the issue using poweline networking until I can hard wire the connection. Thanks for your response anyway
