Hi @Mrs+Jonex   What (if any) error messages are you getting? Has it just stopped working, any new changes etc. etc. If you can give us as much details as possible I'm sure we can help you. Have you tried rebooting everything, including your broadband router.

putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
