We have sent back our Sky Q box with the viewing card inside. How do I get a new one and what can I do now?

You will need to call Sky in the morning when the lines open and order a replacement which will be dispatched via Royal Mail.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Best of luck - I did the same and am still waiting 4 weeks later after being promoised one 5 times.

I have been waiting for a card since March 3rd and have yet to receive my card. I have been unable to watch television and each time I call I reach someone in India. Time for me to cancel sky since they are not honouring the service they promised

It is a replacement card and have not received any of the 5 requested via telephone calls.I am cancelling Sky and ordering fire stick
