No viewing card

Hi my sky Q says no viewing card ??? I've never had a viewing card for years

Hi @Tracey3 

The main Q box has a viewing card in the right end.

Push the card in slightly and it will pop out enough to grip so you can remove it.

Make sure that yours has not popped out.
