Is installation of sky q invasive?

I've just moved into a new flat and I've arranged to get a sky q box fitted on the 25th. The flat has broadband sockets and what looks like a socket for a virgin cable box. I am renting so i am worried that the engineer will be doing things to the fkat that i dont have permission to allow. Should I be concerned?

@FrancisMetz  If you are renting you need the relevant permissions from the landlord before sky will even install

that includes the installation of a dish and drilling of appropriate holes for the cabling to pass through
