No tv working

Had a box fitted a couple of weeks ago but signal poor. Engineer said he will return in a couple of days to sort  out the appointment is now for 23 July which is far too long with no clear tv. We need an appointment asap please

This is a customer helps customer forum so you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. The date provided will be the earliest availability of an engineer in your area unless there's a cancellation.

@Baljit2  You're not talking to Sky Customer services, this is a customer helps customer forum.

If you've been given the date of 22nd it will be the earliest date available.  It won't be brought forward as it's likely there is simply no engineer availability.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
