No tv for 2 days

Had no tv all weekend I've tried contacting sky with this issue but I'm on hold for almost an hour then to be told I should log into my account and sort out the issue from there

I'm regretting switching now help someone please is this how sky operates 😪.

My box is faulty if it was virgin it would be replaced swiftly.

@Lillian42 what is the problem with your box perhaps we can help you if you tell us what problem you are having.

Sky's phone lines are extemely busy at the moment due to a major problem with Sky Glass/Stream so this may be why you have had to wait so long on the phone
