All apps have interference

All apps such as Apple TV, Amazon prime, itv hub etc have digitalised interference. The screen lags and displays blocky pixelated images, it's like it freezes a frame of what you're watching and then that's displayed over the current moving frame, hard to explain but it means watching is extremely hard as it does it about every 30 seconds or so. As well as that Netflix hangs on the opening Netflix logo screen, just won't get any further. I've tried resetting the box and updating the apps though the sky menus. I watch all of these apps through my tvs app hub perfectly fine, which is what we do now. Any help would be appreciated.
