No tv - connectivity problem. Solution?

No TV - massage on screen Sat's connectivity problem.

Thanks. I tried massaging the box but to no avail. 😀 Sky tech helped get things working - disconnect box and then reconnect.

@JimC1 are you sure that not a message from your TV 

Using your TV remote with the Q box switched and try changing the HDMI inputs on the source button
