@Mica. Once the issue is fixed call Sky and I'm sure they will apply a loss of service credit for the days you are without service.

@Mica.  you keep saying you have no TV but have you followed my advice on a previous post and checked if your TV can get Freeview through a normal 'old style' TV aerial or if not get Netflix or other streaming services directly through your TV ?

My tv doesnt get freeview and ive tried all steps and nothing been off for almost 24hrs now

I dont have netflix or any of these apps i rely on my tv now i have nothing except youtube and cant watch full movies on youtube

@Mica.  In that case there really isn't anything the forum can do to help you any further.
