No tele saying no internet

It started yesterday came up no internet but everything else is ok, still the same today . Switched off at plug but nothing

@Russ26  If you have Sky Q  (as you've posted in the Sky Q forum) having no broadband would not affect Live TV as that is delivered o ver satellite.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
