No subscription Error on NFL Recordings 6th October.

I have been recording NFL games for several seasons without a problem. I have gotten a bit adrift on this season's games but, while attempting to catch-up, I find all five programs recorded on 6th October state Failed – No Subscription and have numerous interruptions  when playing asking to insert the viewing card. All programs after 6th October have recorded OK, I don’t think I recorded anything else on that day.

Is this likely to have been a software issue or something external?

Hi @Tennisdad   Yes there was a general problem with a lot of people complaining about a viewing card issue around about 6th Oct. If you search the community, you should see large threads about the issue.
