Sky mini boxes off in morning MR102 error

All 3 mini boxes off am. Mr 102 error. Tried to rest whole system. Then found on main TV within settings for sky q box, that I had no subscription for mini boxes. Now call me a sceptic but Sky had been trying to call me for two days prior daily. I called Sky ( flipping India) difficult to understand the two operators. They couldn't help. But suggested engineer visit in 5 days time! I suggested turning on my subscription as I clearly pay for it. But the operator had to disconnet my multi room account  then re-enable it. I had to go to email to agree key facts.  Then I THINK she said I was signing up for a further 2 years, but I am unsure as my account says 18 months? The reinstruct didn't fix it at first, so she ordered an engineer anyway. Within 20 minutes as main box said I was now OK for mini.boxes they all 3 worked! I cancelled the engineer, but now I am getting texts to ask for the return of all mini boxes. I see my sky shows I have orders for return.  I cannot get through to anyone to question this? I am concerned the boxes for return will arrive and I have no reason to send them anything. I had this before where I sent old eqpt back but they tried to charge me months later. Lucky I had kept all pod proofs. I am concerned that Sky turned off my mini boxes to get a reactive call? Is it me? Who can I speak to?

Hi @Weymouthnails   What time in the morning? Just checking that this is not related to the Standby settings.
