I have no sound on any channel whatsoever

Hi @Missmoneypenny   Try changing the HDMI audio format to Normal (PCM).

@Missmoneypenny  When did this issue start with your Sky Q Box?

Its been doing it on and off for about the past year. I think we need a new puck, but trying to get hold of anyone to sort it is ridiculous

@Missmoneypenny  Sky Q Boxes are not pucks, do you actually have Sky Stream which is a different system to Sky Q where you have posted?
