Discussion topic: No sound on channels 1 to 5 ?

Lost sound on channels 1 to 5 .. but have sound on bbc 1 channel 803 etc .have the HD single sstopped ? Would it cause this issue?

HD versions generally use Dolby digital which some TVs cannot handle.

Check the setting in

Home/settings/audio visual for HDMI and if not set to normal try that.

(P.s. the setting may be in a slightly different path as I am typing from memory without being able to check)
