No sound on any channels, went off earlier tonight and still nothing

Hi @Qwerty1957 Try rebooting your TV first then your SKYQ box?

Already said i have done all that .

The box is less than a year old too

Hi @Qwerty1957 try:-

1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote, select Settings, and then Setup.
2. Choose Audio Visual, then Digital audio output HDMI and make sure it's set to Normal or try Dolby Digital first if Dolby Digital Plus is already selected.

Tried all that .

Think it was Skys problem as came back 3 hours later

Dont believe it , been stuttering for ages and bloody sound gone off again.

Spend more time resetting this stuoid box than watchubg anything .

Had enough of it now.

Maybe time to cancel 🤬

Hi @Qwerty1957 Have you called SKY and reported your problem to an advisor? If so what was their answer? Have they booked an engineer visit to look at the problem?
