Hi

my sky has not been working for 3 days no signal ,can i please book an engineer

No signal normally comes from your TV, no satellite signal normally refers to your Sky box. Have a look at this link

If that doesn’t help you’ll have to contact Sky to arrange an engineer to check your dish alignment.
