No sky channels

I have no sky channels your Eng was on site yesterday dealing with something else and I have now lost all my sky channels

@Margarethannon  I'm afraid you're not talking to Sky via the forum.

 

When you go to view channels what messages do you see on screen?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Do you have your own dish or communal?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
