Remote control

Hi, I woke up this morning. I can't turn my sky Q on with the remote because my remote control is not working. I've change the battery but still nothing is happening. Can someone have a come round and fix this how can you help me on the phone

If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (apparently this is not available to customers in the ROI).

(It might be quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket. If you do that as well you’ll always have a spare).

Try re-pairing your remote to the box before you request a replacement.
