Hi @Amy+sophie

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
To contact Sky
Select Need more help
at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.
Ignore all automated messages and wait for an agent

"No signal" or "no satellite signal"?

I am just another Sky customer!

If you are getting No satellite signal,
On your Sky Q box, hit the help offering on the 'no satellite signal' on screen mesage.
This will guide you through some tasls to check, along with a power reboot of the box. If the error is still there after the reboot, the on screen message will then provide a dedicated number to call Sky for an engineer visit.
