Hi.
I am having constant issues downloading, nearly all downloads continue to fail,
I have spoken at length with the technical team on Saturday and Sunday who have confirmed nothing wrong with box, subscriptions or internet,
I have today spoken to Sky Store as advised by technical team yesterday.
They have said that Sky has a problem that it is trying to work out on this issue so that it can be included on the next update, however they are unsure when this will be. This means we are unable to download until done.
They also said that no credits can be applied to the account as we don't pay for on demand or catch up services.!! Apparently they are just extra. I thought I paid for everything. Any help or feedback appreciated.
