No signal

I have been having no signal satalite and techicnal issue with this channel for ages someone come out and still getting it done everything possible. Yet I still been charged my full bill!!!

@Kirstylou94Which channel, if there are a few your dish could have moved out of alignment and you will need to get Sky to come out and fix it.

Do you have your own satellite dish? If so, have you spoken to Sky to let them know you're still having signal problems?

hi there I have just cancelled an engineer visit for thurs 18th jul thinking my signal problem was resolved but have noticed it is only some channels so can I reschedule the appointment please

We are customers here like yourself. You'll need to contact Sky again to re-book an engineer.

 

In the meantime, check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check the troubleshooting in this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q

Note: A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels.
