I have moved a mini box from one room to another and run new Ethernet cable. I am getting no signal. I have dialed the technical support and followed the instructions and still no signal.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lee2224 No signal is a TV message, have you cycled through the HDMI inputs on your TV? Have you ensure HDMI cables are plugged in fully?
