Getting fed up with this shambolic customer service
Since sky Q was installed I've had no service. After being passed around the houses yesterday it was said my account was still showing sky+ and would be sorted ASAP. After a few hours all was well. Now this morning

@Annoyedskycus Are you getting a "No Satellite Signal" message or an "Upgrade Your Subscription" message?

Re: No signal since sky Q installation
@Annoyedskycus Not a lot to go on as you seem to have stopped mid sentence. When the engineer installed Sky Q they would have changed the LNB on the dish, checked for good signal strength and left the system up and running. Did any part of that not happen?

Re: No signal since sky Q installation
Yes she did. Worked for half an hour then stopped. I I unplug one coaxial cable I get maybe 10 channels. Refit it and all go.
Like I said spoke to sky upstand they said my account still shows sky+, and they'd change it. Within an hour all channels worked with both cables inserted. This morning back to no channels unless one coaxial is removed then 10 channels. The issue here is poor poor poor customer service

Re: No signal since sky Q installation
No satellite signal message.
Same as yesterday
I rang sky, the said it was sky's fault and after an hour it was sorted. Then this morning it was back to the same as yesterday

Then you'll need to get an engineer out to look at it. Almost certainly a dish, LNB or cabling problem. Not related to anything showing on your account.

@Annoyedskycus As this isn't a Sky+ box issue your post has been moved to the correct board for Sky Q as this is the box you have now.
