Disney+ not given option to cancel

Hi

I have been paying £15.99 for Disney+ as part of my Sky package. I want to change your the free version with ads ( I am on one of the packages where it's included) but when I go into Marketplace the only option is to select the £5.99 option.

Any suggestions on how I can cancel it.

Thanks in advance

hi @Geoels

Assuming you qualify for Disney+ as part of your SKY pacakge, you should find that your future payments automatically get reduced by £5.99 & thus no need to cancel to then take it out again.

When you transfer to Sky from exsisting Disney subscription only the billing is transferred and you say within that subscription had with Disney with the Sky discount applied. As explained if you want to downgrade to the free option you activate on Sky at you present subscription  and then you will be able to downgrade,  Your new subscription basic with ads will take affect from your next payment date.
