No signal on tv, I have to switch off sky Q box and restart. I’ve changed hdmi cables,

No signal appears on tv. I've changed hdmi cable. Tv can work for a while but still switches off with no signal coming back on. I have to switch off Q box and restart.

”No signal” tends to be a message from your TV (in which case check the cables going to the TV). A “no satellite signal” message relates to your Sky box.

Perhaps check the TVs eco settings? It sounds like it's going in to a low power mode as it can't see the Sky box.

By "switches off" do you mean the screen goes black or the TV actually switches off? If the latter, how are you seeing a "no signal" message?
