No signal check the external input or select another input using the input button

When switching from Netflix back to TV the  message appeared- No signal check the external input or select another input using the input button - any ideas?

Thank you, all sorted now. Managed to find the right help guide on Sky App - reset box.

Hi @MueS 

This is a message from your TV set.

Is the Q box on with green led and are you sure that your TV set is switched to the correct HDMI input to which your Q box is connected?
