No signal, but I have just been watching it and now it has gone off

I have just been watching sky, but then it goes off, then a message appears

Asking me to check device cables or change input

Hi @Gk18 

First make sure that the Television is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which should work for all TV’s.
