No signal and can’t watch nothing because even sky cinema Won’t work

Iv got no signal and can't watch nothing because sky cinema won't even work! Been told you can't come out till the 24th but that's not got enough gas I spend £140 a month with yourselves... Iv got 3 kids in the house as well... literally can watch nothing...

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
Regarding No Signal is that No Satellite signal or No Signal?

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.

Any date suggested for an engineer visit will be first availability in your area. As the 24th is a Sunday as well as Christmas Eve that date might not be correct.
