Cannot get signal due to scaffolding next door. Cannot get any contents on the internet either. Tried re setting the Q box and followed all the instructions given. Lost settlelite signal four weeks age but was able to get app the apps etc online. Nothing works now!

@Elmspharmacy Sky Q box requires a periodic 'Keep alive' signal that is delivered via the satellite so if that isn’t received the box will close down until the satellite signal is restored.
