I have no satellite signal for 5 days
l have contacted sky every day since Monday 25 each time I have been passed on without any resolution and have not been able to book an engineer due to an issue on your side and each day I've been told it will take up to 5 days but nothing has happened

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
