No satellite signal

So my sky was working g last night and I go to turn sky on the morning and it's saying I have no satellite signal I've done everything on the troubleshooting and still nothing my neighbours still have a working sky but mine has just stopped working can someone please advise what to do next I've got an engineer booked but this isnt until the 17th got a family of 4 who are anxious to watch TV /kids channels???

If you've booked an engineer already then you'll have been given the earliest possible date in your area. They'll be much busier than normal due to the recent storms. 

If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here
