Hi, some of my channels are not working stating no satellite signal
Some if my channels are saying no satellite signal, I've tried troubleshooting with the instructions via Q box but I think this requires an engineer

Follow this: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal
You may well need to contact Sky to get it checked.

@Tom51
If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Just to make you aware, if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
