No satellite signal
For some reason, I am unable to view several channels, ever since I moved my TV unit earlier....they are coming up as no satellite signal....yet most of the channels are ok....any advice? I have followed all of Sky's help instructions, but nothing has worked! I've had nothing but trouble with this SkyQ box!

Hi @Fi22
Looks like you might have disturbed the dish cables on the back of the Q Box.
Switch the Box off at the mains at check if the two cables are still secure and tight.
If they are loose carefully remove them by unscrewing and check that the central conductor in each is not bent or touching any part of the connector housing or cable screen.
The central conductor should be straight and protrude 1 - 3 mm from the outer end of the connector
