hi @Caleyblue

Is the SKY Q box still connected to the Satellite Cables from the dish ?

SKY Q still uses signals from the satellite

Having switched to fibre you are likely to have fast enough boradband speed to get all channels over the internet and no longer need the dish  but this would mean switching from SKY Q to SKY Stream which is a different product in quite a few aspects.

Yes, I believe, to switch from SKY Q to SKY Stream you would need to call

If you have a Sky Q box then it will not work without a dish.

Yes, you need to call Sky!  You don't need a dish but, as above, you need a different product.  (And it's quite different)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Caleyblue   If you go to sky.com and log on. Then go to TV and select Stream. You can change to Sky Stream on line but it will probably cost more then doing it over the phone.
