I have no satellite signal, box is showing as working on the my sky app. The next engineer I can get is over 3 weeks away, I'm happy to pay if someone can sort it sooner but I can't find a way to speak to a human!! Can someone from sky call me please

No one from Sky will call you @Tomgale Your forum username is not linked to any Sky accounts so no one knows who you are.
Local independent satellite company's might be quicker as suggested above but they'll be busy too and that would be at your own expense.
