Sky Q box trying to update several times a day

My Sky Q box keeps going to update mode several times a day (without the blue Q coming on).  We have manually updated a couple of times and got a new Sky box but it's still doing it even when it's off in standby mode. This is the 2nd time this year we have had to replace the Sky box. Please help.

This sounds more like your TV firmware trying to update - next time you see the message try using the TV's own remote

I updated my tv and its still doing it.  Seems do do mostly when on standby.
