Find out moreIf a message displays “no satellite signal” firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Otherwise it could be a dish alignment issue. As you are connected to a communal dish you need to liaise with your building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact. Check with neighbours as well to see if they are also seeing this issue.
Remember, a misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels.

Hi @Panda3
have you checked in your Q box Engineers menu that the Q box is still set to SCR LNB type.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
LNB type need to be SCR.
If this is not correct and shows Wideband change it to SCR and edit the menu.
You then need to reboot the Q box to confirm the change.
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
