@Jade323  It doesn't work like that I'm afraid only when the issue is fixed can you call sky about a possible credit for loss of service 

 

have you reported the issue to sky

It should let you book an engineer at the end.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Jade323  When you call allow it to send you the text link but don't hang up stay on the line and you will eventually get through
