No satellite connection…
Hello I'm hoping you can help me ever since the last severe storm we had. My BBC has been glitching. Now I have lost all of my channel is it just says no satellite connection. I have checked my service status and it says there is no problems online, but clearly there is there are several apps missing as well as all of my channels.

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
