No replacement equipment yet!

The new Sky equipment keeps losing internet connection so I've asked for the old equipment back but haven't received it yet! How can I return the new equipment in this instance!? Please put a note on my account to this effect and send some replacement equipment first!!!!

Hi @RogerWaters   I'm sorry, but you are not talking to Sky here. This is a public community forum and not Sky customer services. What exactly is this "old" equipment?

@RogerWaters  The chances of Sky being able to locate the "old equipment " whatever that is, VERY unlikely!

@RogerWaters If you have recently changed from the old Sky+HD equipment to Sky Q then you cannot revert back to  Sky+HD
