Linking the Netflix offer to my account without being separately billed

I have recently renewed my contract which includes  ad free Netflix, however I've just noticed that I have been billed separately by Netflix for this, how do I link the free offer?

Hi @Sam323   You need to activate it with Sky, which will change the billing to Sky.
