No pin

Hi I had sky fitted yesterday the engineer never give me a pin so I can't watch movies. I've tried resetting and putting my last 4 digit of my bank account number that doesn't work either .

For Sky Q the default PIN is the last four digits of the Viewing Card number.

 

Find it by going into Settings then System Info or System Details.

The bank account number is used to unblock or reset the PIN
