No pictures

Hi I've reset my box but on every channel is blank and the message on the page says it's a problem with satellite signal. Indoors I've check all leads which seems ok. What shall i do now? Many thanks

If it's a problem with your dish then you'll need to ring Sky for an engineer to visit.
